RSE training and professional development BoF will be held at RSECon 2024 on Thursday, 5 September 2024, 09:30-10:45, in room 1.17. This is a community building session for a range of people who share an interest or are actively working in the area of research software training and professional development of RSEs. The session aims to review the work that has been already done and explore the priorities around training needs. Participants will then define a roadmap of activities for a potential SIG and try to find effort within the community to take the lead on these activities.
