Coding Club is moving R workshops online
Have you been wanting to dive into R for a while now, but never quite gotten around to it? Are you nervous and feel like it's too hard? Or have you been using R for a while, but want to take your skills further?
In the new academic year, Coding Club is moving online and anyone can participate remotely in the workshops which will be held over Zoom. There is no official sign up, anyone can join in using a Zoom link and password (join the email list by emailing ourcodingclub@gmail.com to receive links for upcoming workshops). See the full workshop schedule for Semester One.
Anyone is welcome, regardless of their career stage or discipline. During each session there will be several tutors available to help and answer questions, both in small groups and one-on-one. All of the tutorials are already published online, so if you can’t make the workshops on Zoom, you can find all of the materials to work through in your own time. You can also take the free self-paced online course. If you cannot install R and RStudio on your computer, you can also use RStudio cloud which lets you use RStudio through an internet browser once you have registered.
