How to get there?
Oxford suffers from severe traffic congestion and limited parking so we recommend that if possible you use public transport when visiting the City. If you are driving you may like to use one of the Park and Ride facilities around the city.
From London and the South-East
Take Junction 8 (A40) from the M40 and follow straight through towards the City Centre; turn right immediately past Magdalen Bridge.
From the North
Junction 9 off the M40 leads to North Oxford.
From the West
The A40 also enters North Oxford, at the Banbury Road. Then approach via Parks Road.
From the South or South-West
Take the A34 or A420 to the Botley interchange.

There is a wide range of accommodation available in Oxford. We advise considering accommodation close to the venue, which is based on Keble Road.
University Rooms Oxford gives you the opportunity to rent accommodation in one of the Oxford Colleges, with breakfast included. Prices range from £50 to £150. Based on availability, you can also book dinner in addition to options such as quad-facing, en suite, double twin or single bed and self-contained flats. There are also no booking fees or hidden charges, and proceeds go towards maintaining the college buildings themselves.
