Toni Collis
Consultant Research Software Engineer
Toni Collins is a research consultant for the Software Sustainability Institute. A Doctor of Philosophy in 2011 in Computational Physics, Toni has been working in EPCC at the University of Edinburgh as an Applications Consultant in High Performance Computing (HPC) Research and Industry for five years. Toni specialises in HPC applications, performance optimisation and in particular numerical integration and multi-body simulations.
Toni currently works on a range of projects, providing technical expertise and project management as well as teaching HPC and software courses and running the Women in High Performance Computing network. Toni also works with the Supercomputing (SC) Conference to improve diversity and will be the Chair for Inclusivity for SC17.
