Do you manage Life Science data as part of your role, and would you like to develop your training skills, disseminate your knowledge, and be part of a growing community of Data Stewards across the UK? 

ELIXIR-UK has launched a new FAIR Data Stewardship Training Fellowship programme, which has been funded as part of the UKRI Data Science Innovation Scholars award. ELIXIR-UK has partnered with the Software Sustainability Institute to build a Fellowship in Data Stewardship. We are looking for individuals to develop and deliver training in data management topics of relevance to the life sciences.

Applications are now open for the programme (deadline: 30 July 2021). If this is of relevance for yourself please do consider applying and/or promote to others.

By applying for the Fellowship, you would be provided with an honorarium to help you bring Data Stewardship training into your institution and beyond; and affiliate to a growing community supported by ELIXIR-UK.

Applications are welcome from any career stage including people working in roles such as:

• Researchers at all career stages, including PhD students.
• Data Stewards.
• Technicians.
• Facility operators.
• Research Software Engineers.
• IT support staff.
• Data policy officers.
