The Software Sustainability Institute
Jesper Sören Dramsch talks about EuroSciPy, his first in-person event after the pandemic, where he presented his machine-learning tutorial and a talk on citations, review and collaborations to make machine learning in research reproducible.
The University of Manchester and The Software Sustainability Institute (SSI) will be piloting a workshop on intermediate research software skills for Earth, atmospheric and oceanic sciences from 27 to 31 March 2023. The workshop will take place at the University of Manchester.
The Software Sustainability Institute’s Collaborations Workshop series brings together researchers, developers, innovators, managers, funders, publishers, policy makers, leaders and educators to explore best practices and the future of research software.
"The Institute helped us to define just how we would work together… They taught me how to become a software manager rather than just a developer... I can't speak highly enough of them"
